SUGAR BOWL:
"UTES ROLL OVER TIDE ..."
Being University of Utah alumni, you can imagine our excitement for the Sugar Bowl this year. Holy cow ... we were NOT dissapointed! That game was AWESOME!!! The Ute fans were WAY louder than the Alabama fans thanks in part to my sister who was in the stands with her husband's family (his son plays for UT). She called me several times during the game which I LOVED. I felt like I was right there in the stadium with them.
That first quarter was so unbelievable - three touchdowns ... against Alabama ... are you kidding me!!!! And then all the sacks from the Utah defense throughout the entire game - awesome (possibly my favorite part). And then the timely interceptions! Loved it. Utah just came out with a fury in the first quarter and then kept their momentum up enough to hold Alabama off. Just amazing!! Loved it, loved it, loved it. Every bit as fun as the Boise State win in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl awhile back.
Ahhh ... good times! I always miss football in the off season =(

I agree with you! It was a good game. What made it fun was how they played on despite the obvious pro alabama referees!

I will be watching the new show and am excited for it to start!! SOunds like fun and I love that the twist is the inner beauty, it will make for some fun tv!!!
That was an awesome game! It's always fun when the unexpected (by pole of the rude commentary-ers) happens and they all have to eat it! They played perfect and it did remind me of the fiesta bowl! LOVE IT!!!
Hey guys! Thanks for letting us hop onto your blog. Looks like you guys are doing great, and your family is just beautiful! And we have to agree--the game was really exciting. We were so happy for Utah, even though we're diehard Y fans (can we still be friends?).
