Sunny has quite the green thumb. She has a competition going with Uncle Rick and Grandpa. Prizes go for the first person who can eat a fully ripe tomato off the vine and then for the largest tomato of the season. Sunny's waaaay ahead on the first part of the contest but when she realized she'd have to eat the tomato to win she almost backed out all together. I offered to be the taster for her (I LOVE garden tomatoes) ... so now we're back on track!

How fun and a great way to get her to love gardening.
Wish ours looked like that. We haven't even planted. It has been so cold and bad weather we haven't had a chance. Crossing our fingers for this week?
Good luck Sunny! At least she has her delightful name on her side. I just can't imagine a cute girl named Sunny having trouble growing anything!
That is so cute...
All our tomatoes froze over the weekend. I think we will wait a bit before we try agian.
Go Sunny, Go! I loved gardening as a kid and Sunny looks like she is on her way to making some grown men cry! :)
